Innovation Power Technology (“IPT”) is an innovative enterprise focused on the medical technology field, committed to applying the latest artificial intelligence technology to medical image processing, especially the real-time detection of cardiac ultrasound images. Our core business is to utilize the powerful YOLOv8 tool, combined with the EchoNet-Dynamic dataset, to achieve accurate detection of the valve positions in cardiac ultrasound images, thereby assisting medical personnel in making more accurate and efficient diagnoses.

Dr. ZHANG is a seasoned Medical Physicist in Radiation Oncology with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Basic Medical College at Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, and a Master and Bachelor degree from the School of Information and Physical Engineering at the same university.
With a strong foundation in biomedical engineering, Dr. ZHANG has served as Medical Physicist in the Oncology Department at Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from 2009 to 2019, holding a Deputy Senior Professional Title. Currently, Dr. ZHANG is the Executive Director at Dalian Liguang Rehabilitation Hospital, leading the institution with expertise and dedication to healthcare and rehabilitation services.

Mr. HUO is a distinguished Practicing Chinese Medicine Doctor with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and an MBA from Keiser University. A leader in the field of healthcare, Mr. HUO serves as the Vice President of Daqing Rehabilitation Medical Group and Director of Liguang Rehabilitation Hospital in Daqing.
Actively engaged in professional and community organizations, Mr. HUO is a member of the China Youth Entrepreneurs Association, Vice President of the Private Medical Association of Heilongjiang Province, and a member of the Orthopaedic Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial TCM Society. Additionally, Mr. HUO holds the position of Deputy Director of the Daqing Orthopaedic Specialty Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, is a member of the Rehabilitation Committee of the Chinese Medical Association in Daqing, Executive Director of the Daqing Young Entrepreneurs Association, and a member of the Daqing Youth Federation. Mr. HUO is also Vice President of the Daqing Health Preservation Association, showcasing a commitment to health, wellness, and community development.

Our main product is a real-time detection system based on YOLOv8, which can automatically identify and locate valve positions in cardiac ultrasound images. YOLOv8 is an advanced artificial intelligence algorithm with the advantages of high efficiency, accuracy, and real-time. It is widely used in fields such as image recognition and target detection.
Our system combines the YOLOv8 algorithm with medical image processing technology and uses the EchoNet-Dynamic data set for training and testing to achieve accurate detection of valve positions in cardiac ultrasound images. We use video-based training methods to enable the system to better adapt to dynamic changes in actual diagnosis. Its main features include: High accuracy, Real-time, Ease of use, Customizability.
